Challenge #7 - Magic Box

For this challenge, I used Wisconsin Broke, one of my Big Brother 2 contestant's kids. He was just languishing there, not doing a lot. But he's so hot, I thought he better get some screen time :)

Let's start with our top down view. I imagine that this would be at the rear of the house, with other rooms attached to the top and right of the layout, with the kitchen window looking over the backyard.

Wisconsin hasn't done the dishes from earlier, as you can see, and he's happy to ignore them for now. He likes to keep his spare change on top of the toaster oven, handy for those cravings for Chinese food or pizza. He's also a bit paranoidsafety conscious, as you can tell by the fire extinguisher.

The kitchen has all the mod cons - dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, smoke alarm. As well as the stove, sink, and fridge.

The bay windows give a lot of natural light, and extra places for Shoehorn to play and sleep.

There's plenty of room for a quick meal by yourself, if you want to eat at the counter. Plus, even though he doesn't have any children yet, enough room to feed hungry toddlers, too.

The dining room also doubles as an entertainment area, with this couch to recline on - by yourself or with a friend - as you watch tv, the fish, or the cat.

It might be a bit of a tease, putting the cat bed and scratching post on either side of the tank, but Wisconsin is happy to take the risk.

There are plenty of mirrors around to help increase the feeling of space and light, as well. And to let Wisconsin check himself out a lot ;)

It's a perfect space for dinner parties, with seating for six. The cabinet holds plenty of spare dishes, platters, cookbooks and wine. And to have some tv on while cooking or dining is a nice way to relax.

The table is set for seduction.

With enough candles around to be romantic, but not a fire danger.

And in action...

Very homey! Those fish are going to be a little paranoid though. ;-)
